MQF Level 5 (60 Credits)
This qualification is designed for adult learners who work, or are interested to work in the human resources area, and want to expand their portfolio of approved HR qualifications.

This Diploma will teach all adult learners about the HR function and equip them with a holistic approach. After completing the course, the learner would have obtained a formal understanding of the HR the functions. As a result of the hands-on approach. The adult learner will also be able to perform the HR functions more effectively.

This qualification is designed for adult learners who work, or are interested to work in the human resources area/payroll area, and want to expand their portfolio of approved HR qualifications.
This Award will teach all adult learners about the payroll function and equip them with a holistic approach. After completing the course, as a result of the hands-on approach utilising Buddy.HR payroll software, the learner would have obtained a formal understanding of the payroll function.
