Victoria Kennaugh is a Human Resources and Workplace Relations Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, passionate about building fair, respectful, and productive workplaces where people can thrive.

Her career began in the manufacturing sector, where she developed a strong foundation in employee relations, before moving into the education sector, where she continues to contribute to organisational development and leadership practices. Throughout her career, she has actively represented employees as a union delegate, taking part in several collective bargaining sessions. She has also held leadership roles at European level, serving as Vice Chair and Chair within the European Works Council and the European Employee Forum. These experiences, including work in Brussels and Strasbourg, have shaped her understanding of cross-cultural dialogue, collaboration, and workplace governance.

She brings expertise in employee relations, HR audits, and workplace health and safety, always with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical practice. She believes that effective leadership is grounded in empathy, open communication, and the continuous development of people.

Academically, she holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Work and Human Resources from the University of Malta and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, meeting new people, travelling, and staying active through swimming. She values continuous learning and meaningful connections, and looks forward to engaging with others, sharing insights, and contributing to positive workplace practices.
