
Glen Falzon
Adult Educator
Glen Falzon is an academic, public policy specialist, and strategic communications professional with extensive experience in higher education and the media sector.
He serves as a lecturer at the University of Malta and the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS), where he teaches in the fields of public policy, governance, artificial intelligence, sustainability, tourism, and economic development. He also lectures at private higher education institutions, delivering modules in business development, strategic management, organisational behaviour, psychology, and human resource management.
Mr Falzon adopts an interdisciplinary and research-informed approach to teaching, integrating academic theory with contemporary practice to cultivate critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and evidence-based decision-making.
He holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Strategic Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation and Terminology Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Maltese from the University of Malta, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in European Politics, Economics and Law. His academic interests include public policy, governance, sustainability, European affairs, and the impact of emerging technologies on society and organisations.
