Paul Scerri

Paul Scerri is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and people management across both the private and public sectors.
Throughout his career, he has specialised in employee lifecycle management, organisational performance, stakeholder engagement, and HR process improvement.
He holds an MSc in Management with Human Resource Management from the University of Chester, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in European Studies from the University of Malta, and an MQF Level 6 qualification in HR Governance, Employment Law and GDPR Compliance.
His academic interests span strategic human resource management, employee retention, European affairs, and environmental policy, having conducted research on both employee retention and the implementation of EU waste management directives in Malta.
