Ruben Dimech

Ruben Dimech is an educator and vocational training specialist with extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, assessment, and professional development. He has built a distinguished career in education, with a particular focus on vocational learning, teacher training, and student-centred pedagogical approaches.

He holds a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Nutrition, Family and Consumer Studies and a Master of Arts in Vocational Education and Training, specialising in hospitality, from the University of Malta. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), reflecting his continued commitment to academic excellence and leadership development.

Throughout his career, Ruben has served in a variety of educational roles, including Teaching Practice Coordinator, Visiting Lecturer, Teaching Practice Examiner, and Vocational Subject Teacher. His expertise spans vocational education and training, assessment, work-based learning, educational leadership, inclusion, technology-enhanced learning, and professional development. He has also delivered continuing professional development (CPD) training for healthcare professionals in areas such as teamwork, communication, and customer care.
